Kim Dreaddy (she/her) has been the Foundation’s Executive Director since July 2024. She brings more than 30 years of experience working to improve the lives of marginalized people in Newfoundland and Labrador and across Canada. Kim applies the principles of social justice to her professional and academic pursuits with the hope of affecting change at the systemic and community levels. She has had the privilege of working in a variety of sectors including housing and homelessness, familial violence, education, mental health and addiction.
In her spare time Kim finds joy in spending time with family, travelling to far flung countries and cooking.
